”The property had a security Guard on post. The property had ample parking. The exterior clearly needed maintenance work. The check-in process was touch less, and very quick. I requested a room on the first floor, which was accommodated. The room was clean and spacious. There were a few maintenance issues in the room as well that could be addressed. There were many eateries and restaurants near by.
The property was about 17 mins from the Benin City Airport (BNI).

”There was a bit of confusion for us arriving to the property. The sign board is down the road a bit at the corner. We mistakenly thought the large property behind was the hotel. Once that was sorted, we got to the security gate, and was escorted in with a warm welcome.
The exterior of the building is well maintained, with on-site parking, and outdoors open spaces to sit, enjoy the ample breezes and really relax. The initial impression was pleasant overall.

”Hotel is located in a nice, serene environment, the front desk staff Isaiah was very courteous & professional. Rooms seem clean and the environment felt safe.
The only thing is that Hotels.com advertised that breakfast is included in the price, however, this was not the case. Also, internet was so slow that it wasn't usable. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience

”Most of their rooms ( deluxe and standard rooms we stayed in) have a serious light changing issues, such that whenever there is a power glitch or change over, power doesn’t restore in the room automatically as it should, you’d have to keep standing up to go manually sort it out on the light key switch. Very annoying thing to do at night.
Every other thing is decent, and staff are courteous and friendly. ”
