Set across three levels connected by an internal staircase, the villa combines generous living spaces with plenty of natural light. The main living area on the middle floor features a comfortable sofa, lounge chair, Smart TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans, alongside a dining area. Adjacent, a second lounge with large windows offers beautiful open views over the valley. The separate fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a carefree stay, from modern appliances to both Nespresso and filter coffee options. This level also hosts a large double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with bath-shower, sink, and toilet.



Upstairs, the master bedroom provides a private retreat with air conditioning, a Smart TV, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and direct access to a spacious balcony. On the lower, pool-level floor, there are two additional bedrooms, both with air conditioning and wardrobe space. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds, while the second bedroom has a pull-out bed best suitable for children. The shared bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet is only accessible via the first bedroom. This level also includes a convenient kitchenette with washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine, and kettle.



Outdoors, Casa Vala truly shines with its private 8x4 meter pool, sun loungers, and outdoor shower, surrounded by multiple seating areas designed for both relaxation and socializing.
