The villa features three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, all thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay. The master bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath-shower combination, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed, while the third is furnished with a single bed. These two bedrooms share a modern bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

2: Only well-behaved pets are allowed. Additional fee: €50.

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 5 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

4: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise, especially after 22:00, are prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

6: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
