LAYOUT: Villa ADORA has a perfect blend of Mediterranean and Ibiza style and is distributed over one floor. The main entrance is located right next to a large area where to park several vehicles. Once inside the property, a long corridor gives access to all the bedrooms, situated on both sides of the hallway. There are a total of four bathrooms, three of which are en suite. At the end of the corridor, we find a beautiful open plan kitchen, offering all the necessary items and appliances to prepare meals in a pleasant and cosy atmosphere. Right next to this room a we have the dining area with large windows, which give us direct access to the pool area. To the left of the dining area, we find a cosy lounge, equipped with a large sofa and two comfortable leather chairs.

EXTERIOR: From the dining room and the kitchen we can access directly to the pool area where we will find several areas. Under the porch there is an outdoor dining table with seating for all the guests. The swimming pool is surrounded by modern sunbeds and a beautiful tree-filled garden. The external staircase leads us to the roof terrace where there is a chill out area with views to the Mediterranean Sea and the Peñón de Ifach natural park.

LOCATION: The villa ADORA is located in a well known neighbourhood of Benissa, Cala Pinets, a quiet spot with a virgin cove of crystal clear waters only 200 metres away. A 10min drive from Calpe where we can enjoy the great variety of restaurants, Mediterranean gastronomy and many leisure areas.
