Situated on the privileged side of the Cumbre des Sol with all-day sun and wide unobstructed views, Casa Inca belongs to the municipality of Benitachell, but is located above Moraira / El Portet with its bays and beaches as well as cafés, shops and restaurants.
Casa Inca offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living area as well as a kitchen and gas grill, as well as several terraces with seating and dining around the detached house.

The modern air conditioning system, newly installed at the beginning of 2024, with two outdoor units and six indoor units, enables a pleasant holiday even in hot phases.

At the request of the guests, the house and/or pool can be heated. Pool heating is usually not possible from November to March. The cost of both heaters is not included in the price shown. In both cases, please contact us.

Casa Inca is a detached villa built in Spanish style. It is located in a mature garden that surrounds the whole house. The villa is located on the southwestern slope of the Cumbre del Sol, just above the Valle del Portet of Moraira. The south-facing orientation offers all-day sunshine by the pool.
Casa Inca has its own private pool. From there and from the house you can see the coast and mountains of the Costa Blanca, from Cap d'Or (El Portet/Moraira) via Calpe down to Benidorm and beyond; on the land side, the view goes from Bernia to Montgo.

The special microclimate of this location offers cooling air movements in summer and weather protection in the lee of the Cumbre del Sol mountain on the few unfriendly days of a Spanish winter.

Take advantage of the two nearest bays of Playa del Moraig with morning sun and afternoon shade or El Portet with cafes and afternoon sun for relaxing and swimming.

In the near and far surroundings of the villa there is plenty of opportunity for swimming and many other water sports activities, for golf and tennis, pleasant walks or longer hikes for example over the Playa des Moraig to the pirate bay and back to Casa Inca or round-Bernia through the famous Foret. Your landlord will be happy to provide further information for a varied holiday.

You can reach the villa by car and park it in its own double carport. You enter the property via a staircase that leads up to the house through the garden with cacti. You reach the pool level and can choose between two ways to enter the house.
Either pass the pool on the left and take the external staircase from the pool directly up to the porch or continue to the right through the garden to the rear entrance to the living area. Here you will pass the two quiet garden terraces. Both offer an alternative to the sun-drenched situation of most of the other places in the villa. Both garden terraces have their own furniture, the large terrace, located directly next to the barbecue hut, also offers a large garden dining table.

Casa Inca has four bedrooms, easily distinguished by the friendly colors of the curtains blue, green, orange and yellow. "Blue" and "Green" are located on the living level and share a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment. The "Yellow Bedroom" is located in the upper tower. The "Orange Bedroom" is located in the lower tower. It has direct access to the garden and pool and can be reached via the garden.
Both tower rooms have their own small bathrooms with showers. The upper "Yellow" tower room also has an extra bed.

On the living level, in addition to the two bedrooms, there is a large living room with an open fireplace, the internal porch with a large dining table, the lower tower room with another lounge and the kitchen. The outer porch is also located on this level.

The exceptional views of the sea, coast and capes, as well as the mountains of the Costa Blanca, can be enjoyed from the pool, garden and most of the rooms. The only exceptions are the green and orange bedroom and the kitchen. These have windows to the garden side of the house.

The villa is built in the style of a Spanish villa with terracotta floor, open fireplace in the living room. It was used as the main residence all year round until 2014 and was completely renovated in 2015. It is a magnificent place for all seasons. In recent years, a new more powerful heat pump for the pool, a new kitchen and now the air conditioning at the beginning of 2024 have been added.

The house has internet via Wi-Fi as well as a flat-screen TV with Internet connection.

The well-equipped kitchen has a combined gas stove with oven, microwave, a large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, stainless steel pots and pans etc. and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and associated dryer. Both are located in a separate room on the pool level. There is also another fridge-freezer combination. It is possible to buy supplies for carefree holidays without hesitation.

The region around Moraira offers a very good, healthy Mediterranean climate in a very varied agricultural region. Visit the nearby towns of Javea, Jalon, Calpe and Denia as well as the cliffs stretching for many kilometres with their capes, rocks and beautiful bays and beaches in between. The coastal strip is dotted with vineyards and orange plantations. In February, during the almond blossom season, there is a magnificent sea of flowers.
Inland, interesting mountains extend up to an altitude of 1500 m and extend with their ridges to the coast.

At Casa Inca, enjoy the magnificent views with sun potential throughout the day. The evenings beckon with dreamlike sunsets, the night sky with moon and stars over the Bernia as well as the lights from Moraira, Calpe to Benidorm offer an atmospheric picture.

In addition, visit the surrounding cities such as Valencia, Denia, Benidorm or Alicante. Large market halls, numerous cultural institutions, cathedrals, architectural experiences, theatre and nightlife and much more await you there. In the surroundings of Casa Inca you will find numerous leisure activities such as water sports, hiking, golf, tennis, fun parks and shopping centers. From Denia, for example, you can also take day trips by ferry to Ibiza.

Moraira can also be reached via the airports of Alicante and Valencia, about 1 hour's drive away.

Moraira itself is located on one of the most varied and beautiful stretches of coastline on the Costa Blanca and is an ideal holiday destination.
