Integrated with this inviting living space is a fully-equipped kitchen, offering the all needed domestic appliances. Furthermore we can enjoy a spacious terrace area, with views over the Mediterranean Sea and the residential area. The villa offers a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Furthermore it disposes of a parking space in front of the villa, another terrace downstairs around the pool, a nice and well kept garden area, and an external shower. There is even the possibility of using a larger sized community pool, very close by the villa.

EXTERIOR: Entering the villa, we have the possibility to walk around the property, descending directly to the pool area. There we have plenty of sun loungers and a cozy chill out corner to have a fresh cocktail whilst watching our loved ones in the pool.There is enough shade for those who doesn't want to be a full day in the sun. As well we have a Barbacue set to organize great family dinners.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops are nearby, as well as the pittoresque village of Moraira and the harbor of Portet.
