”The Geneva Wells Inn was convenient to downtown Lake Geneva. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. There was plenty of parking. There is no breakfast but wi-fi is available and TV options were good.”

”Love the location. Disappointed that the attached restaurant was under construction but did not affect the quality of our stay. Was also surprised that the back door entrance was not secured but still felt safe.”

”Not a safe place for a single woman traveling alone. No staff present when I arrived. Interior was not as pictured. Grateful to get a refund and do not feel this property should be featured on Expedia. ”

”The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get.”

”The room was spotless and had a fully stocked kitchen. The layout was a bit odd with the bed in the front and the kitchen in the back but otherwise it was great. Would be good for anyone that wants a bit more space than a traditional hotel room. ”

”First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again ”

”Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.”
