”Metro Hotel is a delightful find! The decor in the main areas and the rooms is whimsical and fun, the staff are polite and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. I had four great nights here and am going back again in April. It's a great find in Petaluma!”

”Moder, clean rooms w/jacuzzi tub and private outdoor deck. In floor heating; no noisy AC unit. Nice grounds to walk with our dog (pet friendly). Host provided outside movie and got a fire going. Hot breakfast (scrambled & sausage) plus good fruit, cottage cheese, yoghurt with usual coffee and selection of teas. Friendly staff who want to help. Property is well off the road and so peaceful. Restaurants are 5-8 mins away but parking is challenging as these are popular.”

”This had my favorite complimentary breakfast I have had in all of the hotels I have been to. The room was clean and spacious. The air-conditioning was really crisp. My only qualm was that the toilet paper was a little rough and the pool was basically the size of a hot tub.”

”The young man at the front desk was amazing and very kind. The property was run down. The room was outdated and extremely dusty. Maybe none had stayed there in months? Windows so dirty as well as the carpet and overall property needs renovations. Location was good. The marina was a bunch of dilapidated boats… maybe pictures need to be updated on the site. It’s kind of misleading.”

”I had a suite with a separate living room which I really enjoyed. It was nice that the hotel maintained it’s historical appeal while providing modern amenities. The staff was very nice and always helpful. I will stay at the hotel when I am in the area in the future. ”

”No soap in the bathroom. Asked them to refill when the maid came and they didnt. ”

”Room was clean when we arrived. Had room service, none of our bottles for toiletries were full. Empty upon arrival, called the front desk, the gentleman brought us all brand new bottles, but seemed to get rather upset because my dog barked at him. Stayed for three days, room service didn’t bother to wipe down anything that was accessible and cleared of personal belongings. Breakfast was mediocre. But again, it’s hotel. Our second time staying, pet friendly and very pleasant. Will definitely stay...
