A central empty space in the building ensures good soundproofing between the apartments. You have free access to the entire park. In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the sandy beaches, the promenade, cafés, restaurants, shops, the casino, and the thalassotherapy center. Bénodet boasts an exceptional location at the mouth of the Odet, a renowned Breton river, and offers several beaches: family-friendly, sporty, or quieter along the Corniche. The mild climate of South Finistère and the park's palm trees create a truly holiday atmosphere. The region offers many activities: water sports, golf, thalassotherapy, walks, as well as must-see visits such as the ports of Pays Bigouden, the walled city of Concarneau, Pont-Aven and its art galleries, or the historic city of Quimper.
