Located in a wooded park spanning several hectares, at the entrance to the seaside resort of Bénodet, your holiday home is part of a complex of four apartments next to a small castle. You have a private 400 m² garden with free access to the entire park.

The building includes a central open space separating the two apartments, ensuring good soundproofing.

In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the beach, the promenade, cafés, restaurants, shops, the casino, and the thalassotherapy center.

Bénodet charms with its ideal location at the mouth of the Odet, a Breton river renowned as the most beautiful in France. You can enjoy a variety of beaches: fine sand, Atlantic waves, or quieter areas along the Corniche. Palm trees and a mild climate complete the seaside atmosphere of South Finistère.

Things to discover nearby:
Bénodet is the most popular resort in Cornouaille. From the large bridge connecting Sainte-Marine, the view of the estuary is spectacular. Water sports, spas, golf, walks... everything is within easy reach. Nearby: the ports of Pays Bigouden, the walled town of Concarneau, Pont-Aven and its art galleries, or Quimper, a historic city with its cathedral and museums.
