The flat faces south towards the sea and is arranged as follows:

Ground floor:
- A 34 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- A bedroom with two single beds (90x200) that can be converted into a double bed.
The bedroom also has a mezzanine, accessible by a millstone staircase, providing a sleeping area with a single bed (90x190) suitable for a child only.
- A bathroom with bath

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board, as well as a bathing cabin on the beach with parasol and beach folders.

Outside:
- A 9 m² south-facing balcony with sea view, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops, restaurants and bars are less than 500 m away.

Bénodet is ideally situated for exploring the whole of South Finistère and discovering the sites that can't be missed (Quimper, Concarneau, the Bigouden region and its fishing ports (langoustines), Douarnenez and Locronan).
Sports activities at the Poulpry sports complex, accessible on foot or by bike (tennis, padel, pétanque, etc.), water sports nearby, casino, cinema and thalassotherapy just 200 m away.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private underground garage (2 spaces).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Quimper train station is about 20 minutes away by car
- Brest airport is about 1 hour 10 minutes away by car
