The Cocoonr agency offers you this charming, renovated, 180 m², neo-Bretonne-style house to rent in Bénodet, a famous seaside resort in Finistère. It is less than a kilometre from the beach and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m² as well as a terrace where you can enjoy the sea air of Brittany with friends or family. The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Just 17 km from Quimper, Town of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighbouring towns, all within a 25km radius, have a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of Brittany's textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th-century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; and Le Guilvinec, France's leading small-scale fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its turquoise lagoon.
At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, battered by westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea.
Several festivals take place in the surrounding area (Fouesnant, Quimper, Douarnenez) and during the summer, concerts, brass bands, fest noz and open-air street arts are organised in Bénodet.
