”For the price we paid they failed to clean the room , refresh the towels and we even ran out of soap in the bathroom. Also, the air conditioning was super loud and woke us up all night long every time it clicked on. Finally, there must have been mold in the a/c or somewhere because my son woke up stuffed up, sneezy with sinus trouble.”

”Place was fairly clean. Noise outside at night kept us up. We had no microwave in space where it was supposed to be. They did bring us one the next day. You get what you pay for . In all it wasn’t too bad for a short stay.”

”This is a pretty standard 3-star hotel that seems to have been recently renovated. Everything looks nice, but after the first night, I was honestly ready to leave.
The sound insulation is so poor that you can hear a constant humming from the AC units in neighboring rooms, even when your own AC is turned off. Maybe I'm just too sensitive to noise, but it was really hard for me to sleep.
The front desk employee tried to be helpful and moved me to another room, but it didn't make much...

”It was way overpriced. The value of being connected to the Riverchase Galleria mall is diminished when you consider the mall hours are from 11AM to 8PM. Otherwise the room was clean but a little outdated. Will probably find a less expensive option next time I visit. Was on the 15 floor on the mall side. View of the mall roof is nothing special.”
