”Cleaner rooms cleaner building”

”6 night stay turned into 1 night only. Exit doors propped open with rocks. People cooking in the parking lot. Bathtub and sink clogged upon arrival. Bathroom smelled of mildew. One room window so dirty you couldn’t see out of it. Hallway trash cans spilling onto the floor. With the help of Expedia reps we were able to cancel after one night without penalty. I can imagine the low room price would trump the conditions for some but it just didn’t work for us.”

”Our stay was not bad. Staff was really helpful and friendly. It was a short, easy drive to restaurants & shopping, but not walkable. The TV, fridge, freezer, microwave and shower-tub are full size. Downsides were no continental breakfast. The blankets were thin, and there were no drapes on the window which made the morning bright. I'd stay here again.”

”The room I stayed in had a disconnected Smoke detector and part of the vent on the air conditioner was broken out. But other than that it was an alright stay because it was convenient to the place I wanted to go to.”

”Room was not clean and run down. The porta crib we requested was not clean at all. Disappointed based on the reviews as we did not experience a pleasant stay and our room was not clean and very run down.”

”The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds manager went beyond to make us feel welcome. If in that area again would stop there again. Parking was well lit and close to room.”

Our air conditioning wasn't working but staff had it repaired within an hour on a Saturday night! There's a great Italian restaurant across the street. We would definitely stay again!”

”Front desk ladies weren’t very friendly, a smile can go a long way. Overall the hotel was nice for the value. Negative review because on Expedia it shows a pool but there is not one. Breakfast is nothing fancy no hot food but if you need something quick they have a few choices. Bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt and instant bag oatmeal. Room was clean and air conditioning worked great. Great large walk in shower.”

”The location was great. I was in town for Graduation at Carnegie Mellon and it was a great place to stay and it had paid parking which was useful for us. The premises were very clean and inviting and we enjoyed our stay in the place.”

”Terrific very polite and extremely helpful staff! Breakfast is out of this world, made to order, Mark runs it in am and he is excellent at his job. We stayed 3 nights and seen manager Don every morning - he was there and talking to everyone and making sure that all is good. That is how the hotel should be run . Def will be back if in the area again.”
