”I did not have breakfast ”

”The hotel is great however I booked the two rooms for the pool so my grandkids could swim. When we arrived we were informed it was closed. Had this been addressed before I would’ve picked another hotel. Aggravating when you tell them they will get to swim and you pack all the things and you can’t! They did offer to swim at lifetime fitness down the road but kids can only swim until 8pm there. Disappointing. Do better. ”

”Clean room. Horrible staff throughout the Hotel. From the custodian to the pool attendant every one acted as if the guests were bothering them by just being there. Very rude.”

”Staff was outstanding. Maybe not the top of the line hotel but certainly was comfortable and clean for our week stay ”

”This facility was not clean, smelled of smoke and was rundown. AC was broken, and toilet would not flush. Staff had unsafe practices in place and ended up with a key to another person’s room through hostess’s mistake! Asked for a refund (which they provided) and changed motels. ”

”This was a nice hotel. Hadn’t stayed at an AVID before but knew it was a part of the Holiday Inn family (IHG). I really liked the 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby that ground the beans for you. I just grabbed a few things for breakfast on the run, but they had several of your typical options: eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Although my stay there wasn’t long (1 night) I would stay there again. ”

”The hotel was nice. Expedia lists this hotel as having a hot-tub; it does not.”

”The rooms are very clean and quiet”

”For the price this is an excellent place to stay for a night or two. It’s not luxury but it’s a great place for the price.”

”Everything was amazing! Loved the breakfast buffet, loved the room, was clean, NO bugs which was so nice. The water pressure was top tier and so was the water heat too haha. Very enjoyable stay!:))”

”I chose a 3 due to my stay! And with that let me just say the hotel itself is great… the rooms are great. The beds are comfortable. The property it good and well kept… my biggest issue with my stay was being woke up by the people who were staying in the next conjoining room, with loud music playing at 130 in the morning, these people were a complete nightmare… Calls were made to the front desk and security was sent up to tell them to turn the music off. Well with that being said they did not...

”Stains on the bed, no hot water the entire time we were there. Staff literally told me the owner was too cheap to fix anything so they are running on 2 out of 5 hot water heaters and apparently it's been that way for months. Terrible staff, they were so unhelpful and acted like they didn't care at all.”

”It was terrible because they kicked me out over something that was out of my control legit paid two weeks and they kicked me out a day before my check out because my ex was stalking me”

”Couldn’t use pool pretty upsetting because that’s why I booked the room and the shower wasn’t the cleanest but overall a good enough hotel ”
