”I'm giving a big 10 out of 10 to the night desk clerk. Sadly, I don't remember her name, but she was FANTASTIC! No request was too large or too small. She attended to each and every one. She decorated the lobby and the outside planters, everything was so welcoming. The only thing she couldn't help me with was the quality of the breakfasts. Not good at all. I ended up going out for breakfast after the first day, even though it wasn't in my budget.”

”The accomodations were very nice, the staff was helpful and informative, and although it was a casino, the room and hallways were quiet. We were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also great features.”

”The bathroom sink leaked and the bed comforters didn't seem very clean. Most importantly, the bathtub featured drywall mesh patching and a lot of sparkle. I didn't like that; the bathtub floor had a lot "give." There was nice shampoo, but I usually bring my own soaps so I didn't ask. The staff was nice.”

”The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning.”

”The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff seemed distracted, but polite. I will stay again when in the area.”
