”The hotel alarm system went off six times throughout the night my wife and I stayed at this Embassy Suites and we got very little sleep. I asked the front desk about a refund and was told management would contact me which they never did so even though I travel to this area alot, I will never stay at Embassy Suites again.”

”The staff was wonderful. We were able to check-in an hour early. Our room was very comfortable with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was good and the dining room was very nice. We did have to go down some stairs, so I’m not sure how it would work for handicapped. We were right outside the pool and the grounds were very pretty to look at and walk around. We would recommend this hotel to anyone especially with children.”

”The hotel stay was great. The staff was great. The only thing that is VERY misleading is the parking. On the basin hotel site it says $7. But when we checked in they told us it was $30. I asked what the extra $23 was for they said for the shuttle (which SHOULD be part of your stay for free since there is no parking at the hotel) ride and the worthless basin hotel activity book. The FREE things were not even on the day. So wait I pay $23 dollars to get 10% off pizza and other pointless discounts....

”One of the managers I believe her name was Margaret made our stay delightful. She was always pleasant and helpful. Front desk staff not so much”
