This unique 4 story condo has a ground level garage with secure bike storage, a main level with a fully stocked kitchen, living area, and dining space with a fold out queen bed in the sofa, a main suite with a king bed, and a loft space with a queen Murphy bed.

Private entrance, digital door code to be given 12 hours prior to check in

Getting Around:
Easy to get around via bike, walk, uber, or car. Parking at the unit itself is limited. There is a 1 car dedicated garage, and a few spots available for guest but only based on availability. There is off street parking just off of the main property and within easy walking distance if more cars are needed.

Other Things to Note:
The loft stairs are steep and handrails are provided and recommended. Please use caution when going up and down loft stairs.
We love dogs, so your furry friends are welcome! Dogs are allowed with prior approval at this property. There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved. We ask that you clean up your pets waste out of the yard during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated when no one is home with them (kennel is not provided so we ask that you plan to bring one). Additional fees will apply for excessive hair or other additional cleaning due to not following pet rules.

We are available 24/7 for any you might need but are not onsite.
