”We had a nice stay at this house. The house was central to many of the activities that we did. We went to Crystal Bridges, Coler Trails, the Amazuem etc. The kids loved the foosball table and Pac-Man arcade. ”

”My brother and I stayed there for 2 nights. My children and grandchildren spent their lunch hour and naptime there between biking on the Greenway and a family gathering held a few minutes away. We didn't use the kitchen much this trip, but it seemed well stocked. Everything was as shown except I believe the property description stated it had 1 bathroom and there were 2!”

”Extremely clean, well appointed home. Very convenient to bike trails and downtown Bentonville. Home has been modernized. Communication with property management company was excellent. ”

”There was a ROKU device on each TV, which was very handy. The soap, shampoo, & conditioners in the bathroom were handy. There were small bugs found by the 11 year old but no one else. They were possibly just millers because everything was very clean. I would have liked the check in time to be earlier & the check out to be later. Four p.m. to 10 a.m. isn’t very long—shorter than a hotel stay most of the time! The price was good, though, & the location was perfect. ”

”Check-in was very easy and seamless. Home and kitchen facilities were great. Everything you need is there. Bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Neighborhood and surrounding area is peaceful, quiet and well-maintained. Great area to walk, run and ride safely with access to nice trails nearby. The downtown shops and restaurants are a few minutes drive. Wi-Fi access perfect for work or to access your favorite streaming service. Very nice pool and clubhouse.
