”We stayed here for a little family getaway with our newborn and had such a lovely experience. We’ll definitely be back when she’s older—the kids around the resort were all having so much fun together, and it looked like the perfect place for families. Our room had a beautiful view, and one of the main reasons we chose this location was because everything we needed was right there. We didn't have to leave the property for meals or essentials, which made travelling with a newborn so much easier....

”Our check-in experience was superb with great customer service and a warm welcome for a special occasion. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the mountains. Parking was easy (and included, with easy access to any floor from the parking garage. Breakfast was superb with a variety of options, but we were particularly impressed with the croissants! The Pullman team at Penrith Panthers are world-class and made our experience pure pleasure from start to finish. Go Panthers!”

The other thing was the bistro, went for dinner and ordered a bowl of chips with gravy poured on top, my chips came out lukewarm bordering cold and the gravy was cold, the waitress was good when told and we received a...

”Some of the staff are friendly and the room is clean. No hair dryer and microwave oven in the room so seems like nothing to use. The location is great and the room is fine.”
