”The new owners are trying very hard to please the customers. It is probably the best full-service hotel lodging option in Frankfort, with an excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinners. It is a short walk to the beach and lighthouses and a great jumping off point for the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Seashore to the north and Arcadia Dunes to the south.”

”The cabin was actually a cute little lodging. It was an individual structure surrounded by other similar cabins. It had the basic amenities; one queen bed, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioning unit, and two desks. It had a small half closet for hanging up clothes. The bathroom was stocked with the essentials; toilet paper, tissue and towels, and hair dryer. It was comfortable and clean.”

”Really cool/quaint little place. A bit away from town and there were spiders.”

”Basic room. One overhead light. One lamp. Poor lighting overall. Basic bed on frame with no headboards. Basic amenities in room (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and nothing else). Refrigerator in room. WiFi was very slow.”

”Great place and location. Staff was friendly, but coffee didn’t start until 8am in the lobby.”

”Communication with Renee was excellent! Cabin was very clean & tidy! Beds were comfortable. Suggested updating would include river area docks to include easy to move lounge chairs. Overall, we loved our stay and will be back.”

”This is an old-time vacation cabin on a river, with a nice view from the dining table. Everything worked as it should and it was very clean. The shower was small, but the water pressure and temperature control was great! If you need hair conditioner, you should bring it. You might want to bring your own drinking water, as the water has an off-putting well water smell, but it is not too bad. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.”

”Loved the Community Room for cooking and relaxing, beautiful back yard to sit and read and relax, free bicycles to borrow to ride the trails. We will be back! Hayley was an excellent hostess and Manager.”

”We were there for a two night stay while exploring the area. The Luxe King Room 3 had everything we needed, plus. We would have enjoyed the hot tub on the property, but it just didn't fit into our schedule this time. Any questions we had prior to our stay were promptly answered by management.”

”This property was squeeky clean. We brought our 92 year old Dad and his wife up with my sister and brother in law to celebrate Father's Day and had such a good time. Perfect location. House could not have been cleaner and the communication was spot on. Would highly suggest this for your Acadia, Elberta, Frankfort viist. Happy!”
