”We stayed at QT Newcastle expecting a premium experience given the price point, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations.
The hotel certainly looks stylish and modern, but the experience felt more about appearance than substance. The room itself was an acceptable size and the d écor is trendy, but it didn’t fully translate into comfort or practicality. Some finishes already felt worn and the attention to detail was lacking.

”Booked a family room-- and ended up to a room that was far below the expectation (it was very dark, the carpet was not clean). However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site. At the end of the visit, the hotel even gave a small reimbursement-- so have to say that they made lemonade out of lemons. So thank you for the great service!”
