This charming and traditional property is located right in the heart of Bergen and spans three floors of a classic Bergen townhouse. The house has preserved several original features, including sloped ceilings and beautiful wooden floors, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere both inside and out.

The apartment offers two bedrooms with double beds and one with singel bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area—making it the perfect base for couples, families, or groups looking for a cozy and convenient stay close to everything Bergen has to offer.

Traveling with children? Let us know in advance if you need a travel cot or high chair—we’re happy to provide it!

You're just a few minutes’ walk from iconic attractions like Bryggen, the Fløibanen funicular, the Fish Market, and Torgallmenningen. Despite being right in the middle of the city, the area feels surprisingly peaceful and tucked away—perfect for those looking for a calm retreat after a day of exploring.

Nearby, you'll find grocery stores, cozy cafés, and excellent public transport connections. This is the ideal base for anyone who wants to experience Bergen on foot, surrounded by history, character, and true city charm.

Nedre Stølen ligger midt i byen, og ALT i byen er innen gangavstand.

"Fløibanen" er din nærmeste nabo, og Bryggen, Bergens mest populære attraksjon, er bare 100 meter unna. Du vil ikke finne en bedre beliggenhet.

Leiligheten kommer ikke med privat parkering, men bare 200 meter unna finner du Rosenkrantz P-Hus, et av Bergens største parkeringshus.

Du er bare en 2 minutters spasertur unna "Torget" busstopp, hvor du kan ta bussen til hvilken som helst del av byen du ønsker.

500 meter fra leiligheten er "Byparken" bybanestopp. Denne går til og fra flyplassen, og stopper ved Vestlandets største kjøpesenter, "Lagunen".

3) Keep air vents open and use the bathroom and kitchen fans to ensure good air quality 🍳

4) Please put the furniture and inventory back in its original place if you have moved it 🛋

5) Respect our neighbors and use common sense 🏘

6) Unregistered guests are not allowed in the apartment without prior agreement 👋

Please let us know as early as possible if you wish to check in early or check out late, so that we can accommodate your request. Early check-in / late check-out depends on whether we have sufficient time to prepare the accommodation for you and the next guests. We charge a fee of 200 nok early check-in / late check-out .
