”Amazing value for the price, the rooms are recently remodeled and very clean. Fast internet (cell phone reception is sketchy in the area). Breakfast is adequate. Each room has a fridge and a microwave. Good water pressure. Minutes to Cornell campus, will definitely be back.”

”My room was cancelled. I was late getting to my e-mail on Friday, learning they tried to contact me because my card was outdated. Although I had sent a reply, my room was cancelled. I accept blame for not verifying the card on file.”

”At first we were a little concerned because we didn’t receive a confirmation email, but Christian was super helpful And texted me the information. We will definitely be returning to the yellow barn estate.”

”The roofer creaked loudly when people were walking upstairs and woke me up every night. The elliptical exercise equipment was unstable so I didn’t work out.”

”Room is very dirty dirt and debris in the corner of the bathroom there’s black mold in the shower. The refrigerator was disgusting. The swimming pool was dirty. Would not stay there again.”

”We come often to this area because we have a child attending school here. This hotel is clean and has a small continental breakfast in the morning, plus it’s a good location not far from university.”

”Refinishing paint job sloppy; broken window in bedroom; air conditioner barely keep room tolerable, even on 50 to 70 outside; scary outside stairs to navigate (thank goodness it didn't rain while using); if there was suppose to be any kind of breakfast or similar eat-on-the-go items, there wasn't. The new toilet was nice.”

”Noone is on site. There is no front desk. Took over an hour and many calls to get codes for doors. Room was fine.”

”Special shout out to Lynn. I left my laptop behind . She found it & took great care in packing it up & delivering it to a FedEx drop box keeping me informed every step of the way. It arrived in perfect condition. Thank you! I am beyond grateful!!”

”We have stayed there for many years. This time there were a number of issues: no safe in the room, driveway and parking lot were basically rubble, uneven tile on the bathroom floor that we tripped on numerous times, shower curtain would not close, they only cleaned the room every three days, and we asked for sheets for the hide-away bed and they had stains on them,”

”Staff was wonderful! Continental breakfast was tasty. Microwave is available in lobby but not in rooms. Very nice hotel!”

”The hotel was clean and fine nothing to complain about. It was concerning the people walking around and to the back of the property. Make sure your car doors are locked and keep to yourself and check out and leave and it’s fine.”

”Parking was easy and plentiful. The room was clean and the HVAC system made the room feel quite comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly. Great value. I have stayed here before and will again in the future. ”
