”We just got back from a 4 day stay at this gorgeous house and the only thing wrong was that it wasn’t long enough!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is spotless with a well appointed kitchen and lots of space on the three levels to relax. The beds are comfortable as is the rest of the furniture. And the views are incredible. The housekeeper and host are amazing. Very easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful. We look forward to returning to Casa Do Mar soon! Thank you!!”

”A beautiful villa which was very clean and had everything you would need. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had every utensil we needed. The closeness of Pingo Doce supermarket which was 10 minutes away meant we were never without fresh fish, meat , salad and wine. It was great to have the swimming pool to come back to after a day at the local beach in Foz Do Arelho, our favourite and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. We would definitely go back again and enjoy the surroundings even...

”Stayed at the villa for just under 3 weeks. Communication with Robert was excellent and he promptly answered our questions when required. The accommodation is excellent! The best that we have stayed in. The villa is large, spacious and really well equipped. Mornings and evenings spent on the balconies were a particular favourite. Supermarkets are nearby should you wish to stock up and eat in. Foz do Alehro is wonderful. Quiet, undeveloped and still not sufficiently on the tourist map to ever...

”Das großzügige Haus, ist sehr neuwertig und schön. Kleine Probleme wurden fast alle sofort gelöst. Da das Haus etwas abgeschieden vom Meer liegt, dachten wir, es wäre ruhiger. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer liegen leider an einer Durchgangsstraße, die auch Nachts stark und schnell befahren wird. Fenster öffnen ist unmöglich. Die super leise Klimaanlage hat das Problem gelöst. Tempolimit würde allen guttun.”

”We stayed at Villa Foz for nine nights, there were 10 of us ranging in age from 2- 65. I would say a car is essential as everything is at least a 10 minute drive away with the bigger supermarkets being about 15 minutes away. You can walk to the beach and to Foz but this takes about an hour. The Villa is beautiful, in a quiet street of 4 houses. The view is amazing and overlooks the lagoon; the photos really don’t do the views justice. The house is spacious with a fantastic range of bedrooms;...

”Really nice home but there is only a portable A/C unit. There is no outside vent on the portable unit so it was useless. The house holds heat with little cross ventilation if bedroom doors are closed. We had to open the sliding doors. No screens so I got a lot of mosquito bites. We loved the location and very private.”
