”Clean room ”

”Days Inn by Wyndham Berlin Meriden is one of the nicest hotels l've ever stayed at. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were so nice and welcoming. I was greeted with prosecco! YAY! Each visit gets a free breakfast at the Days Inn. I highly recommend it. After leaving there, several hours later we realized that we lost our wallet, just we guessed it maybe there, we went there, they found it and kept it somewhere safe for us. ”Over a month ago I reserved a smoke free room and when I got there on 10-14-17 they only had a smokers room left which was so unpleasant and the bedspread had nail polish on it and was not the cleanest, and the room smelled terrible. JoAnn Schaeffer”

”Parking was easy, room was clean, lots of food nearby. The man who checked us in was very friendly, some of the other staff weren’t as friendly but no one was rude. ”

”Bed was shot. Bathroom walls were disgusting. Front desk clerk was hard to understand. Lots of empty rooms yet I had an elephant above me stomping around. I won't stay there again. ”

”Parking was great the pillows were too small for a king size bed there was three small pillows on the bed when asked for an extra pillow I was told I had to wait until the next day when the next day came I asked and the maid was very rude I looked out the door to get fresh towels and she got mad because I needed fresh towels other than that stay was good but I think they need to have someone there that can understand English as well as Spanish”

”We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

”Everything in the hotel is amazing from room to staff to pool area breakfast was amazing and the lady that was there on 04/07/2026 around 9am serving the breakfast putting it out she was so helpful and very friendly the fact also that the hotel had Coffee,Tea, Hot Chocolate, for free all day all night was absolutely Amazing!!! ”Customer service was extremely poor. Rashheda was fabulous getting me in early, but that’s it. The amenities were terrible.. one pack of coffee, one sugar and one creamer and that’s all you get in your room. Are you kidding me? You turn on the heater or the air conditioner it’s so loud that you have to turn it off or you can’t hear the TV… no outlets in the bathroom when you’re getting ready to go somewhere.
