There’s even a Garage with Games and entertainment for everyone in your family including Air Hockey, Kayaks and Fishing Poles! (Garage not available for parking) And with the perfect layout for family to reconnect, it should be at the very top of your OCMD Vacation list! Ocean Pines boasts a plethora of dining and activities for all ages right within the community! There are Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Playgrounds, a Library, Restaurants, Golf and Walking Trails. Guests of this home are provided with ONE parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th Street in Ocean City. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the Home. The Beach Club is a short 10 miles from this home, approximately a 17 minute drive depending on traffic.

Just off the Living Area is the Primary Dining Room with plenty of space for family meals in, or you can dine with water views out in the Sunroom with another Dining Table, plus a Sitting area with an abundance of natural light from the wrap-around floor to ceiling windows. The spacious Kitchen, with breakfast table, will delight the chef in your family. It’s clear nothing has been overlooked in this Kitchen, making mealtime super easy. You're also sure to love the spacious 2nd Living Area with a cozy leather couch and Flat Screen TV.

The Primary Bedroom, just off the Living Area, is luxurious with a cozy King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Vaulted Ceilings, and direct access to the Waterfront Patio. Ocean Pines has a number of seasonal outdoor pools and an indoor pool, accessible for a daily fee payable upon entry. While in Ocean Pines you can enjoy a number of parks and walking trails available within the community. There are 2 marinas, a premier racquet sports facility and a Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed championship golf course.
