Alles nach Zufriedenheit. Sehr gute Lage. Leider nur viel Aufwand mit dem elektronischen Schlüssel. Es hat 2 ja Tagen gedauert bevor wir beide die richtigen Codes vom Vermieter bekommen haben.

Great location
The apartment is located close to transportation and near the Kulturbrauerei. The bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a separate small shower and bathroom which is actually a plus for a group. There is no living room to speak of but that wasn’t a problem for us since we spent our free time in the kitchen (where there also is a large tv). Internet was good and reliable.

Super Lage, tolle Gegend, mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief hervorragend, per Mail hat man immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung erhalten ( Türcodes wurden sogar noch verspätet nachgeliefert, vielen Dank nochmal ), die Lage mitten im Prenzlauer Berg mit all den Restaurants und Frühstücksspots die fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen sind absolut top, besser geht es nicht. Die Haltestelle Eberswalder Straße (U2) ist ebenfalls 5 Min Fußweg entfernt und fährt zu den bekanntesten Berliner Orten. Tolles Haus (Altbau), mit sehr schönem typischen Berliner Treppenhaus inklusive Stuck. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, zwei Schlafzimmer eine Wohnküche ohne Fenster eine kleine Dusche und eine separate Toilette. Gewünscht hätten wir uns definitiv mehr Sauberkeit, ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt wirklich toll.

Zentrale, Ideale Lage am Prenzlauer Berg mit sehr guter Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner…)
Der Aufenthalt entsprach insgesamt unseren Erwartungen. Lage und Ausstattung sind top. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit in Bad und Schlafzimmer würden ein sehr gutes Bewertungsergebnis abrunden. Der Check-IN und die Begleitung durch den Host - alles online - liefen ohne Probleme.

Great neighborhood
The location of the apartment was very nice! Lots of restaurants and parks. Transportation is very easy from there. About 45 min from the airport. Apartment was in a secure building with no stairs. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. The only really downside was that there isn’t a living room area space. There are 2 bedrooms that face the street with heavy roll down shutters on the outside of the windows so we get no daylight in the apartment as they are the only windows. The kitch has a table with 4 chairs and a TV and that is your living space which isn’t that comfy when you’ve been out walking all day. We were never able to find the remote to the tv, management said they reached out to the cleaning company but we never heard back. While the floors bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen were clean, there were a lot of cobwebs hanging from the entry door and in the lighting fixtures over the beds. The walls were dirty/rub marks everywhere, so either needs a good scrubbing or new paint. The bathroom had a lot of gnats, and the vanity under the bathroom sink is just painted plywood. For the price I expected a bit more.

Unfortunately my review has to be shortened so I will get to the points: - little light, no airing, mildewy smell and lots of mildew stain in the shower room - street level, single glazing, on two nights we felt like the drunkards in the street were in our bedroom - cheap (salvaged ?) furniture, not an issue but the large stains on the sofa are - no welcome but we found a big pile of damp sheets on a drying rack as we arrived, to add to the mildewy smell - serious safety issue in the shower room, with a poorly fitted outlet right next to the shower - got accused of "staging" my complaints when I explained to the owners the condition we found the flat in I have serious difficulty in believing any one would give 5 stars to this place. I have numerous photos which will eventually be accessible on tweeter with a search for "Our stay in Berlin near the Kultur Brauerei"

Every story has two sides. Before and after this guest, everybody else is happy about the apartment and we always get 4 and 5 stars. We noticed very early, that a strange review will come by this guest. He tried everything to get a free stay, and all we read in this review it that he is angry he did not get it. Would not recommend Thomas as a guest either.

Avons été très surpris de constater que les volets ne s'ouvraient pas ds une chambre et qu'il n'y avait pas de fenêtre ds la cuisine. Avons vécu avec la lumière électrique en permanence sans voir la lumière naturelle et sans avoir aucune idee du temps qu'il faisait. Nous vous demandons de nous rembourser 1/2 du montant de la location.

Die Küche war prima ausgestattet und das Internet lief perfekt. Das smarte Schloss hatte uns ein wenig herausgefordert. Die Wohnung ist mit verschiedenen Öffentlichen gut zu erreichen.

Location, location, location
I definitely recommend the apartment. Urs and the Hope team were great hosts. The apartment's location was within walking distance of shopping, and historical sites. The amenities in this apartment, especially the washer and dryer made the stay feel like home.

Saubere Wohnung in sehr guter Lage
Die Kommunikation mit Urs hat vor und während des Aufenthaltes super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, sehr sauber und hat eine detaillierte Ausstattung. Die Straße ist zwar eine Nebenstraße aber durch das Kopfsteinpflaster und die ebenerdige Wohnlage, war es manchmal doch etwas laut. Ich würde die Wohnung aber dennoch ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Gute Ausgangsbasis
Für unseren BerlinKurztrip haben wir bewusst im Prenzlauer Berg etwas gesucht und eine TopLocation gefunden. Vielen Dank für die gute Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Für das Parken kann ich das nahe gelegene ContiParkhaus empfehlen (dann im Vorfeld eine P-Card beantragen). Wir werden auf Eure Unterkunft gerne zurückkommen. Viele Grüße aus Ibbenbüren.

Tolle Wohnung für unseren Städteurlaub :-)
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Berlin. Die Unterkunft war sauber und bestens ausgestattet (Spül- und Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Backofen, TV, Wlan,...) und aufgrund der sehr guten ÖPNV-Anbindung / zentralen Lage mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants im direkten Umfeld bestens für unseren Städteurlaub geeignet. Der Vermieter war sehr engagiert und die Kommunikation sehr schnell und freundlich. Die Wohnung in einem ehemaligen Geschäft im EG passt ins Umfeld am Prenzlauer Berg, so dass wir jederzeit wiederkommen wollen würden. Vielen Dank!
