Guests of this home are provided with ONE parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th Street in Ocean City. Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the condo. The Beach Club is only 10 miles from this home, approximately a 17 minute drive depending on traffic. Ocean Downs Casino and Racetrack is also just 3 short miles away!

As an added bonus, just off the kitchen, there is a beautiful Sun Room with an oversized picnic table and a small Foosball/pool table! This room also has a seating area and a mounted flat-screen TV! Just imagine gathering the family for a traditional Maryland Crab Feast with natural light beaming in, all while enjoying your favorite sports team play!

As you make your way down the hall towards the bedrooms, you will pass the convenient Washer and Dryer, just in case you need to run a quick load while calling Rabbit Run home. At the end of the hall is the Primary Bedroom, with a plush King bed, flat screen Smart TV, attached Private Bath, and a workstation with monitor, just in case you need to get a little work done. The attached Primary Bath has a Shower/Tub combo that’s perfect for freshening up after a day of fun! Just around the corner, Bedroom 2 is a calming retreat with cool seafoam greens and blues. Melt into the Queen bed and relax watching the Flat Screen TV while you drift off to sleep. Bedroom 3 will comfortably sleep 2 with 2 cozy Twin Beds and also has a Flat Screen TV. In the hall, convenient to the bedrooms and the living area is the shared Full Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo.

Ocean Pines has a number of seasonal outdoor pools and an indoor pool, accessible for a daily fee payable upon entry. While in Ocean Pines you can enjoy a number of parks and walking trails available within the community. There are 2 marinas, a premier racquet sports facility and a Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed championship golf course.

Rabbit Run Lane 36 allows ONE well-trained family dog with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. NO CATS or other animals permitted.
