Hotelli ja henkilökunta viiden tähden luokkaa. Eli erittäin hyvä. Aamiaisesta vastaava ( hovimestari? ) todella töykeä, ei sanaa saa suustaan ei edes yhtä tähteä.

Eleganttia rauhaa ja loistavaa palvelua
Olipa todella miellyttävä kokemus! Kannattaa ehdottomasti varata aamiainen, sillä se on loistava. Kaikki palvelu toteutettiin heti ja hymysuin. Huone oli mukavan kokoinen ja siivous toimi loistavasti. Hotellin ympäristö oli meidän makuumme hieman turhankin rauhallinen, mutta onneksi ei tarvinnut mennä kauas, kun alkoi taas löytyä elämää.

Jos haluaa elämään ripauksen luksusta, niin Regent Berlin -hotelli tarjoaa sitä! Loistavaa henkilökuntaa, joka on siellä asiakasta (juuri sinua) varten. Aivan loistavat puitteet!: Loistava sijainti, loistavaa henkilökuntaa, loistavat tilat. On kyllä tähtiluokituksensa ansainnut.

Amazing hotel
I love this hotel. Hotel interior is perfect. Service also super nice. I would stay here again. Only minus is internet connection. It's working but breaking quite often. Otherwise nothing negative to say. Location also very good.

Comfortable stay in Berlin
A great hotel with great service. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and comfortable rooms. Good location in the centre of Berlin near many attractions and within minutes from the nearest subway station.

Fantastic hotel in Berlin
Had a really pleasant stay at the Regent Berlin. Everything in this hotel is top notch with fantastic service form check in to check out. A royal design throughout the hotel, but still a cozy feeling. Breakfast was much appreciated with a cold buffet and a made to order menu with hot dishes. Would really like to stay here again next time!

Excellent hotel, truly 5 star. Classy, clean, everything looks new and fresh. Staff incredibly professional, great location, great bar and restaurant. Had drinks a few nights at the bar, and food. Everything is reasonably priced for a hotel of this quality. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again.

This was the best hotel EVER. Very friendly, professional staff - everyone. Beautiful property. Excellent food and wine. Rented bicycles - excellent condition. Turn down service, often with a treat. We'll be back!!

Absolutely excellent Staff friendly, helpful and cheerful Room impeccable; clean and roomy with excellent bathroom. Super comfortable bed and temperature Breakfast the best I’ve had in a hotel. Very quiet. Location super in Berlin - right in Unter see Kunden near all major museums and the lovely Old Town. Steps from subway I go to Berlin every summer and have stayed at 3-4 top hotels but will make this my home for all future visits.

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the hotel. Very clean. The check in process was quick. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The sites I wanted to visit were a short walk away. I was overall very pleased with the experience.

The room was amazing with a large and comfortable bathroom. The breakfast options are extensive and of high quality. The service was fantastic. Room was kept very tidy. I had a book on my nightstand and they gave me a bookmark for it. Halfway through my stay I got a few chocolates.

Wow, just wow - nicest of the hotels for this trip
My absolute favorite hotel of all the hotels we stayed in (15) for this trip. If the other hotels claimed to be 5 stars, this would be a 6 star. I loved the way the room was decorated, the way the hotel was decorated and all the amenities. Staff was super nice also.

I cannot recommend the Regent highly enough. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the hotel represents amazing value for money considering the location and five star facilities, and the hotel is veritably worth its five star rating. Our room was wonderful and the bathroom was pure luxury. Breakfast was first class and the bar and terrace are beautiful. Cost from airport was 60euros by taxi and with how wonderful the staff were, would say it’s one of the best hotels I have stayed on and will definitely be going back.

Absolutely beautiful and excellent staff
This place was stunning. The lobby, the rooms, everything. From the outside of the building you can’t tell how beautiful it is inside but the pictures inside are accurate. It’s a legitimate 5 star hotel. Service and staff were wonderful. Included/paid for breakfast was excellent. Full menu and more. Location was right next to many nice restaurants and close to almost everything you want to see in Berlin. This was our favorite hotel on a 3 week trip. It was quiet except for the heavy doors closing (either staff or other guests). They have a hinge slider to keep it from slamming immediately shut. However it releases right before the door closes and makes a loud bang that shakes the walls of the adjacent rooms. If they could adjust those to let the door quietly close that would be perfection. Outside of that it was a wonderful place and I fully recommend it.
