  • PROPERTY & NEIGHBORHOOD: Beautiful and well appointed home located in waterfront luxury resort in Ocean City and Berlin area with many recreational amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts, basketball, fitness center, clubhouse with meeting rooms and WIFI, game room with pool table, playground, crabbing piers, kayak docks, fishing pond. Home interior is spectacular with large rooms, open floor plan, high ceilings and plenty of windows for natural light and terrific views! Home is beautifully and comfortably furnished! Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops. Multiple decks and patio.

    LOCATION: This gorgeous home is located off rt. 611 in the Desirable Bayside neighborhood. Conveniently between both Assateague and Ocean City beaches. Assateague National Park is home of the wild beach ponies! roughly a 10-12 min drive to the beach in either direction.
    Frontier Town Campground is just a mile down the road as well which features a water park open to the public as well as other activities such as zipline/ropewalk courses, rodeos and Western Cowboy/Indian Village with FREE daily shows.

    Restaurants and Supermarkets are also in close proximity. Headed towards Assateague you will find Assateague Crab House, a local favorite, as well as assateague surf shop and cafe. Headed the other way towards Rt. 50 to Ocean City, there is a Food Lion grocery store and numerous popular local and chain restaurants.
    about 5 mins west on Rt. 50 you will also find a Super Walmart with more shopping/restaurants around.

    Whether you decide to stay close to relax by the pool or venture out to the waterparks, beaches and restaurants nearby, rest assured you will have more than enough options to keep you and your party entertained!

We booked this property to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. We had 6 adults and 6 children (ages 2-10) with us and this house was perfect. It was a beautiful, clean house in a wonderful location. We were a short drive from beaches, boardwalk and restaurants and we utilized the pool in the development often. The property manager was outstanding, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this location if you want to have a wonderful time in OCMD!

This house was nice for a big family to be able to be under one roof, and was well thought out from the pack-n-play in the closet to the games and toys for all ages. The clubhouse was also an amazing bonus

Wonderful home with so much to do nearby

Beautiful home with everything you will need for your stay! Clean and plenty of room. So many activities and attractions class by. Neighborhood is great with the community center as well. We all enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back again. Thanks for the family memories!

OC family vacation 24’

It was clean and very spacious for our Family we love the Bayside community as this is our second stay in this community. The property manager was responsive when and as needed. The only issue was that we had only one Key card to the Rec center and two is usually given. Other than That, we enjoyed the stay very Much. Definitely recommend this place.

Spacious house.

Property was well maintained. We found a few things that were addressed immediately. Note: The beds are not Queen. They are doubles which proposed some sleeping issues with parents and their toddlers who were sleeping with them. I suggested that their website should be updated. While the beds were comfortable, we probably wouldn’t have rented the house if we knew they were doubles. Also some mold issues in two of the showers. This was obvious and should’ve been addressed by the cleaning people before checkin. I also reported that issue. Other than that the property, pool area is exactly what we were looking for.

Nice but Very Dirty

Beautiful house and location. Biggest issue we had was with the cleanliness of the house. Downright abysmal. Orange mildew on the shower walls and showerhead, shower curtains had beginning signs of mold, ceiling fans had a thick layer of dust (had an asthmatic with us so that's a big issue), the central air vents were covered in dust, dirt in the tubs downstairs (honestly looked like they only attempted to clean the master bathroom, still had mildew though), the downstairs mini fridge didn't work, one of the downstairs bedrooms seemed to not get the full effect of the central AC (always felt hotter than the rest of the house), and the propane grill (was informed it was charcoal, which we bought briquettes for...) was extremely dirty. We had to make a run to get cleaning chemicals because we weren't going to dwell in that for a whole week. Have a more stringent cleaning schedule and this could easily be 4 stars.

Nice and quiet

Property was what we expected, out of the way of OC bustle but close enough to get to whatever we wanted to do in 20 minutes or less. Home was nicely decorated and functional. Young folks enjoyed the community center and pool. A few of us did some fishing from the crabbing dock. Cleanliness could have been better, particularly bathroom (floors and tubs had hair) and the bed/mattress covers were dirty with some of them stained. Make sure to read fine print as bed linens and bath towels are not included but can be added as a option. Only other points I'd make are 1) There is a no shoes in the house policy, so bring some slip-on foot ware if you don't like bare feet 2) The house is built so that the front door enters the home at a landing that is halfway between the first and second floors. All the bedrooms except the Master are on the first floor. However there is no handrail down from the landing. That means anyone who is sleeping "downstairs" has to deal with the steps, no rail. I have a bad knee and two bad hips so that presented a problem for me. May not be a concern but something to be aware of. 3) Garage is not accessible for renters. The property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with.

This was a great house for our large group! The community amenities were great, the location was easy to access OCMD and Assateague for the beach, plus good food and shops close by! The owner was really responsive and accommodating during our stay!

Bayside getaway

This home is located in a development and there is no view of water/ bay from any room or balcony. On the main floor there is the kitchen, dining room and breakfast room along with the family room , powder room and master bedroom. Also there is an additional room that could have been used as a bedroom if it had a bed in it but it was empty. Down stairs you will find 4 bedrooms (2 are jack and jill sharing one full bathroom). Then there is one Queen size bedroom with it’s own bathroom and the last bedroom without a bathroom. The laundry room and backyard are on this level as well. There was a propane grill that needed to be cleaned prior to our use. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances and and lots o supplies. The children enjoyed the toys in the evening. The use of the clubhouse came in handy on the rainy evening, we took the kids to the indoor pool to release some energy. Great family home.

Loved it! Great location, plenty of space and well stocked!

We were in town for a wedding and the location to Assateague was perfect! We didn’t realize we needed to rent linens so make sure to do that ahead of time if need be. The owner helped us make sure we got the sheets we needed so it worked out. We’d stay again for sure!

Perfect vacation stay for my family

We pulled up to this house and couldn’t believe how beautiful the neighborhood was. The house is beautiful and very big. We had a group of 12 and it fit us comfortably with lots of room. Andrea was very helpful and informative. Checking in and out went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this house!!

OC Maryland Stay.

The house was pretty. However the description of the bedding sizes was unfortunately not accurate. There was one king bed, but there were no queens and the other beds did not seem like true full beds, but slightly larger twins. The location was great, but the WiFi was almost nonexistent. We literally had to stand in one spot in the house to make a call, and even then it was spotty. The host was nice enough, but it wails have been nice if we were given access to the elevator, because some of us on the trip had a hard time moving out stuff in. Overall a decent place.

Thank you, Andrea for your beautiful vacation home. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Andrea was excellent at communication before the check-in. She gave us a list of activities and locations to go to while we were in the area. That was so helpful. Her house is spacious, has beautiful decorations, and is in a great community. The kitchen is so well equipped with tools and gadgets. They have everything for you to prepare and cook your meals. I was so impressed with the kitchen and how meticulous and care Andrea provides to her guests. I like the house except for the internet connection was very slow. We could only use the internet/wi-fi very early in the morning; afternoon and evening time was so slow. If the house has faster internet access, that would be a perfect vacation home I would stay in every time I go to Ocean City.

Getaway

This home was exactly what our family/extended family was looking for. There were 8 of us and had plenty of room to enjoy each other and also have our own space. Andrea was so easy to work with and helped us out when we were in a bind! Thanks so much for allowing us to use this property for our end of summer getaway!
