The location of the hotel is excellent, U and S stations are right next to it. The room was small, but really clean and wonderfully cool in hot Berlin. The bed was comfortable and the towels thick and fresh. Breakfast was ok. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay
niu Hide is a really nice hotel. The room isn't very big so if you need to be productive and get something done during your stay, probably not the best option but for a good night sleep, it's great. The location at the U-Bahn station is great. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Budgetfriendly hotel at good place
Hotel was at nice place, top of shopping centre and both s-bahn and u-bahn stations very near. Staff did not speak very good english, so from time to time there were bit of difficulties to understand one another. Small room was, well, small, but that didnt bother me because I was out all day and only slept at the room. I cant recommend breakfast, lots of better places nearby at the same price. It included only bread, scrambled eggs ans some veggies and fruit salad etc., not much protein.

Hyvä sijainti. Juna- ja metroasema ihan vieressä. Huoneessa oli omituinen haju, en tiedä johtuko uudesta sisustuksesta vai mistä eikä ilmastointi toiminut niin huone oli aika kuuma. Muuten hinta-laatusuhde erittäin jees!

The staff was indifferent to all guests, even for Berlin standards. The front desk was not completely attended to 24 hours. We had to wait sometimes five minutes to get in or 15 to pay for a water. I saw a guest trip on a wet floor and hit her head and the hotel staff didn’t even get up to help her or check in. In addition, there was painting going on outside our room. They started very early and the entire room smelled like formaldehyde. I understand that maintenance needs to be done but could there have been a discount, or could they block off those rooms.

Zentrale Lage, allerdings ist die Umgebung nicht sehr schön. Der Blick des Zimmers ging auf eine Ödfläche mit Notübernachtungszelt für Obdachlose.

Sehr gemütlich, sehr schöne Zimmer, super Personal bei der Rezeption! Das einzige Problem sind die Betten die kein durchgehendes französisches Doppelbett haben! Sondern zwei zusammen geschobene Betten!

God værdi til pengene
Utroligt professionelle og imødekommende ansatte. Rengøringsstandarden var høj over alt på hotellet, og der var ikke et støvkorn nogle steder. Et hotel der går op i glade kunder og gerne vil profilere sig med en skarp miljøprofil. Det eneste der trækker ned er at dynernes fyld faldt ud til siden, så man frøs på midten, og at udluftningen på badet var utilstrækkelig, så der var vådt på spejl og brusekabine længe efter et bad. Det var lidt svært at finde indgangen til hotellet da vi kom, men det kan have været min research der ikke var fyldestgørende. Parkeringen var nem, da vi først fik spurgt os frem, og hotellet havde egen p-plads til en meget billig pris.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut angebunden an U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Tram. In der Umgebung ist es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und leckere Restaurants sind auch Fuß läufig zu erreichen. Das Bett war gemütlich und das Zimmer ausreichend für eine Nacht. Leider wurde ich früh um 9 von Putz Personal geweckt, die in mein Zimmer wollten. Allerdings lag ich noch Bett und habe geschlafen. Das war mir ein Rätsel.

Very convenient location and good value for money. Would stay again. Did enjoy the drinks vouchers (if you don't have housekeeping you get a free drink per person in your room each day you go without housekeeping).

Nice hotel with very good service 😎
Great place as a base for your trip to Berlin. Very good service and a clean hotel. Nearby tram, underground and train station, so it was very easy to get around. Nice quiz around the corridors and nice wall paintings.

Das Frühstück ein träumchen! Frühstücksei, Brötchen, Nutella, Kaffee, O-Saft, Müsli, frische Früchte unvm... da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, schön gestaltet und eingerichtet sogar mit Boxspringbett. Das Bad, wunderschön, modern mit Ebenerdige Dusche und ein großer Duschraum. Ein mal umfallen hat man eine Tram, U & S-Bahn vor der Nase die einen in alle Ecken Berlins bringt!
