Bedroom – Your Quiet Zone:
* Unwind in the comfortable 160x200 cm bed with two separate duvets for individual comfort. The bed can also be split into two single beds if needed.
* A dedicated desk with a chair provides the perfect spot for undisturbed work or planning your daily excursions.
* The spacious wardrobe offers ample storage for your belongings.
* The window faces a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere.
Starting in July, a blackout blind will also be installed here for truly restful sleep.
Living Room – Work & Relax:
* The heart of the living room is the comfortable sofa, which easily converts into a cozy sofa bed (sleeping area 140x200 cm) – ideal for additional guests or flexible sleeping arrangements.
* A second desk makes this apartment a top choice for remote workers, offering flexible workspace options.
Fully Equipped Kitchen – Everything for Self-Catering:
*Our kitchen provides everything you need to feel at home: A stove, a microwave, a French press for coffee lovers, a toaster, and a kettle.
*You can enjoy cozy meals at the dining table with four chairs.
* For an easy start, you'll find basic essentials like tea, coffee, and salt.
* Conveniently: A washing machine is also available in the kitchen.
* Please note: As there is no extractor hood, we recommend cautious cooking to avoid triggering the smoke detector.
Bathroom:
* The bathroom features a bathtub with a showerhead, a small sink, a toilet, and a hairdryer.
Entertainment (or lack thereof):

PARKING
Free public street parking is available directly in front of the apartment. However, this is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Prior reservation is not possible.
INTERNET
Available via wifi.
LINEN & TOWELS
Bed linen and 1 hand towel + 1 bath towel per person are included. Extra towels cost extra and need to be ordered prior to your arrival.
CITY TAX
Since the 1st of January 2014 all guests have to pay the so called City Tax. This 7.5% tax has to be paid on top of the price you pay on online.

DOCUMENTS
If you are a foreign national we need copies of the passports / IDs of every person who will be staying in the apartment. This is due to § 29 - Bundesmeldegesetz (BMG).
The documents and information are collected by us using a Pre-Check In tool from chargeautomation. In the course of the Pre-Check In you also have possibility to pay the City Tax.
MONITORING
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is privacy compliant.
