”We paid the additional fee for breakfast and we were told they couldn’t honor that since we did it through Expedia. Then they also said who ever checked us should have given us a voucher. No one wanted to help nor do their job. ”

”We had a late check in and upon arrival the front doors were locked, you needed to have a key/pass to enter. Our room must’ve had a flood because it had a humidifier blower still drying the rug and it smelled musty. I spoke to the front desk and they were apologetic and gracious. They gave us a differ room, smaller beds but it was clean and cozy. I’d definitely stay there again. ”

”Service was amazing. Hotel was nice and clean. First night was great. The second night we didn't sleep very well as the pop machine was making super loud noises. The hotel told us they couldn't do anything about it because the pop machine was owned by someone else. They couldn't adjust our cost as we went through expedia and expedia never got back with us. I would so stay at this hotel again just not close to the pop machine.”

”When I arrived, the gentleman at the desk couldn’t find my reservation from Expedia. I had to call Expedia and have Expedia call the property in order to sort it out. Took about a half hour. Then we got to the room, which had sticky residue on multiple surfaces, and a continuously running toilet. When we tried to access the WiFi, we encountered a login that some devices couldn’t connect to. At breakfast the next morning, the cold eggs and potatoes were the highlight. The coffee was undrinkable....
