”This was a fabulous family vacation. I highly highly suggest upgrading to the Fairmont Gold Access to the gold lounge is definitely worth it. The rooms were impeccable and the infinity pool and resort in general was fabulous. Hospitality, focus on the customer are top notch here. Such a great location, just a few blocks from everything in Hamilton, boutique stores and restaurants. Highly reccomend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

”Courteous and helpful staff, and my room was kept very clean every day. Breakfast pastries could perhaps be a little more imaginative and varied but filled my stomach! Hotel storage of packets containing napkin, sugar, creamer and straw needs to be reviewed, because there were frequently small black ants inside the supposedly sealed packets! Otherwise, an excellent stay, so I'm trying to be helpful.”

It felt like a spa, but very homey and relaxed.
