”The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.”

”We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. I wouldn’t stay at this property again in the future though due to a few uncomforts. Their dogs barked during the night, waking us up. There was a bright light next door that illuminated our room. ”Near BZE - ideal for a layover if required. Staff were kind & professional. Surprised they could not recommend any providers for diving / snorkel activity in the Cayes - thought they should have a “link” or recommendations (got it from GOOG). We were unable to get a river cruise (to see Manitees) as their boat was out for repair (ended up canoeing upriver for a mile & back). Given the small scale of biz, I suspect they have to be informed ahead of time if you want to rent their boat.”

”Cathy was super welcoming, constantly checked in on me. Great stay and great hospitality. The breakfast was great, love her fry jacks. This place gives a local vibe. Cathy set transportation for me and this place is only 5 minutes from the airport. This will be my new stay every time I come to visit my family in Ladyville.”

”A very beautiful place to stay ! It was our last stop before we returned home, and it was close to the airport. It had everything we needed including a pool, restaurant, and a shuttle.”

”The rooms are small and minimalist but that's OK as they get everything else right. The rooms were spotless, the property was beautifully kept and the price of booking was affordable. The attached restaurant had excellent and affordable food, in fact we noticed that many of its patrons were locals. The location being 20 minutes from the airport was a nice added bonus. ”

”This condo feels like home. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has the necessities. The condo is gated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and perfectly maintained. The outdoor deck is set up for dining and sunning with table, bar, and lounge chairs. The mango tree adjacent to the deck area is heavy with fruit, but it is still to early to enjoy. The condo’s host is responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home!”

Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip. ”

”We were diverted here for 1 night when the Roatan airport closed due to heavy rain. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's bare bones room, no coffee maker or safe, no elevator. We just needed a place not far from the airport for a quick one night stay. ”
