Vacation Apartment Directly Between Chiemsee and The Mountains

Comfortable, lovingly furnished vacation apartment with "cottage character" in quiet, idyllic, preferred residential location at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains. Cycling and walking trails as well as hiking and mountain tours can be started directly from the house, to Lake Chiemsee with steamer dock you have by ship connection to the Fraueninsel and Herreninsel, but it can also be booked Chiemsee tours around the entire lake. Furthermore, you can reach in a few minutes the town center with various shops, cafes, pharmacy and medical center, family indoor swimming pool "BernaMare" with sauna world, in the beautiful quiet park the Kneipp facility and the mini golf course, the climbing gym, tennis and squash facility with gastronomy.

The apartment offers enough space for 2 people and is located in the basement of the house. Light shafts allow light to enter and still some daylight comes in.

The kitchen-cum-living room has a fridge with freezer unit, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a dining area and is furnished in country style. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bathtub and washing machine. The bedroom has a closet, TV with digital satellite TV and DVD player and is also furnished in Bavarian country house style.



Dogs are welcome upon request and for a fee.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but possible in the outdoor facilities in front of the house.

No parties and events.

From 22:00 clock we ask for reasonable silence, because there are other tenants in the house !

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge from 09:00 - 24:00.

Arrival from 14:00 to 20:00 (or by arrangement)
