”Really nice place to stay”

”This motel was about 5 miles off of I-90 and hard to get back on I90. The check in was slow because of computer. He sent us to Denny's for food but the restaurant had closed. This motel was used by construction workers it looked like. The room was comfortable but nothing outstanding. The breakfast was just the usual waffles and cold cereal. RThe price wasn't a bargain for what we got. No for a return.”

”This was the best stay we have ever had at the Finger Lakes! The Lakeview Spa room was fantastic with a beautiful view of Cayuga Lake. You even have a view of the lake from your in room spa tub. ”This inn has basic services and works well for an overnight stay. Excellent pizza restaurant within a walking distance.”

”Disorganized shuttle to & from turning Stone. Waited 45 minutes to return to the hotel which is literally across the highway. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.”

”Horrible, dirty and smelly. I checked out after 20 minutes as I was getting nauseous. You can see that I checked in the Quality Inn 30 minutes later. I should not pay for this room.”

”Things we had to ask for: 1) a clean pillowcase because one looked like it had a bloodstain on it. 2) a second roll of toilet paper. 3) more shower wash. 4) coffee that wasn’t decaf at the complimentary breakfast, which they turned out to not have 5) access to our room because they only gave us keycards for one day instead of the two we had booked. All of these things have happened to me on other trips and I never bother writing bad reviews for those hotels because the staff was always fine at...

”First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me.”
