- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.

- The property is fitted with a security system. Should the fire or carbon monoxide alarm be triggered, a photograph will be taken in the living room, the entrance hall and the upstairs corridor for verification purposes.
