”We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints!
It's also a good mid point for Interlaken and Grindewald ”
”The building was beautiful and the room was nice and big. The view looking out is absolutely gorgeous. The view also in the back is amazing. Unfortunately, their breakfast did not match The view. Also, we thought the breakfast was complimentary and even then I wouldn't have eaten it, but I didn't realize we were getting charged even for the breakfast for how bad it was. ”What a beautiful property and excellent location .. evrthing is so beautiful but one odd incident leaves a bad memory.. and there front desk manager Ines does that .. I have not met such a rude front desk manager in my travel over 25 countries .. rest of the staff is excellent and friendly ..I don’t know why owners have kept her there .. the property is beautiful ..food is excellent .. convinent to new travel .. right on the bus stop .. ”

But if you are traveling by car, know that you need to park your car down in Lauterbrunnen, this is a no car - zone. And the GPS leads you astray, so don’t set the hotel’s address but simply Lauterbrunnen, then take the gondola up to Mürren. ”

”We wanted to stay somewhere near Interlaken and Grindelwald, and found this hotel with an incredibly beautiful location by Lake Brienz. Took less than 10 minutes by car to Interlaken and 20 minutes to Grindelwald. We were very pleased with this peaceful, beautiful location by the lake. The little garden outside the hotel is so pretty and there are stairs leading to the clear waters of the lake so you can take a swim just 20 metres from the hotel.
