You'll find 95 square meters of living space with two bedrooms, each featuring a brand-name box-spring bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room furnished by Hülsta with two leather sofas by W. Schillig, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and bathtub, and an additional guest toilet.

From the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Moselle River and the vineyards, unobstructed by any road noise.

South-facing, a large, ground-level, fully fenced and lockable terrace with a Weber gas grill, gazebo, dining table, and sun loungers invites you to relax. You can also securely store your bicycles here. The riverbank is just a 2-minute walk away.

A parking space is reserved for you on private property directly next to the house.
