”Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel”

”Rooms need to be maintained better . There are patches and holes in walls . Wallpaper falling down … however the furniture was nice and was clean”

”Friendly staff, clean rooms. Would recommend a stay. My only “complaint “ would be that the breakfast area closes at nine, not being an early riser 10 would be nice instead. Coffee was freely available in the lobby though.”

”This is a terrible place. I have no idea how it receives such a high rating. Walls are in need of repair, no shower gel and the girl didn't know how to replace it, beds are horrible - when you sit on the edge you have to be careful not to fall off, floors are dirty and there was no hot water. Not the worst place, but the worst in a long time.”

”Property was clean. Located near anything someone would need on a travel ball weekend. Overall good experience!”

”Got there a day after tornadoes moved through the area. There was no power at the motel but the staff was friendly and helpful and even offered us bottled water. In the morning when the power was back on I was able to see how clean and “fresh” the room was.”

”My room was dirty bed still had old sheets not even made went to let them know right away guy came to room said he already refunded my money guy running the place said nothing he could about it but refund my money because the other hot tub room had a broken tub definitely no cares about anything I even ask if he could give me $10 off next stay he said no would not even buy me a pop so I could wait for them to clean the room he was mad like it was my falt his staff did not clean been here 20...

”Not good. I knew not to expect much but for $104 a night but I didn’t think it would also smell like sewage and vomit. Stained mattress cover hanging out of the sheet, unreal grime levels as pictured. Would not have stayed the night if I’d seen these things before getting back to the room too late to leave….not worth it. Save and go somewhere else cleaner that won’t make you feel like your skin is crawling. Also pool looks like it’s been closed for a decade. Front desk guy was nice.”

”Checking in was fast and easy. No issues. The room (Handicap Accessible) was not good..Water didn't work in the sink, ice bucket was filthy, bed was terribly uncomfortable-(could feel the springs in the mattress)hair left on the bathroom floor, toilet seat loose, hand held shower head was Filthy, no drain stop for tub, breakfast "buffet" was a regular complimentary breakfast with rubbery fried eggs and cheap sausage links added, and as I was walking up to the desk to check out-with my registered...

”Breakfast was great for a couple of days, then it was just the basic continental breakfast. What I did not like is that you can’t take your breakfast with you. You can only have it in the dinning area.”
