”Highly unprofessional. They kept asking for my card details even though I’d paid in full (thankfully I refused). After checkout, I got an email saying I’d been charged $400 for someone else’s reservation! Shockingly careless and negligent. Glad I didn’t share my details; I’ll be watching my bank statements and disputing any unauthorized charges in case they somehow got a hold of my card, though I highly doubt it. Do not recommend this place at all. ”

”We had a lovely stay at Bannisters. Some of the details are slightly lacking and feeling a little dated but it's a wonderful location and the staff, rooftop and ambience are great. ”

”Easy access on highway,easy park outside unit. Spotless clean rooms, older with modern decor & well maintained, as was pool. Really comfy bed & good old fashioned hospitality from the hostess. Did not need aircon, used roof fan - lovely. ”

”We had a lovely stay at this motel. The owner was so friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Also the local golf course runs a courtesy bus and they have an excellent restaurant with fabulous ocean views.”

”Decent stay but room for improvement. We recently stayed at Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola, and overall, it was an average experience with a few areas that could be improved. The accommodation was generally clean, but we felt the rooms could have been maintained to a higher standard. One of the bedrooms with the bunk beds had no cooling system, which made it very uncomfortable for our kids to sleep at night due to the heat. Most facilities around the park were good, and the staff at the kiosk...

”Just needed a bed for the night for us to attend a function in the area. Bed was comfy. Goid room for our little stay”

”Mattress was in very poor condition with broken springs. Saw Cockroaches in the cabin on two occasions. TV chromecast did not work and very popr customer service. We have stayed at Tasman Parks in the past and would now reconsider. When we were ready to leave we realised that the conditions required us to strip bed linen and place in laundry bags and take out the rubbish. Which we did. At the rates charged this is completely unreasonable.”
