”The room was the cleanest ive ever been in, that wasnt brand new. I came in off season so i expected thing not to be in full swing… and it was super quiet! Both great! But they advertised “pet friendly” but when we arrived with our dog, it was almost a problem. Our dog is a service dog so nothing else was said about that. Then looking around the “pet park or area” they advertised had a couple of very large, barking dogs and a goat i think? So that wasnt an option… other than being super clean it...

”Very mislead, images look a lot nicer than the actual place, rooms were disgusting, cigar bud ash marks all over the bed sheet. Outside my door the staff were yelling and arguing, I decided to just make the 4 hour drive home instead of staying there, may have lost $70 but I did not feel safe there. I would recommend avoiding unless you have no other choice.”

”This is a great place to stay. Clean, cute, comfortable, easy parking, and only a couple minutes drive to downtown and other local restaurants/attractions. We will not have any issues staying here again when we return to Eureka Springs. Wonderful place.”

”Where do I even start? Upon booking the stay, one of our parties was limited mobility so we requested a first floor room to help accommodate them easier. My wife called prior to check in to confirm first floor availability and was assured that our needs would be taken care of. When we arrived, both rooms booked were on the third floor.
