The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and bright common areas, providing everything guests need for a comfortable and welcoming stay. The property has a large 4,000 m² garden with shady areas, a barbecue, a fenced outdoor pool, garden table and chairs, children’s play area, a vegetable garden, and a basketball hoop. The garden is completely fenced and safe, so children can enjoy playing without any problems.

Surrounded by a unique natural landscape, the house is secluded and located in a beautiful setting, ideal for cycling or hiking, as the “Via Verde” track that connects Olot, Girona, and the Costa Brava runs very close. It's also the perfect place for fishing at the intensive trout fishing reserve just two minutes away, going mushroom picking in the autumn, or exploring the region's most beautiful spots, both in the mountains and on the coast.

Layout

You get to the house along a quiet country road in good condition and enter the property through a mechanized gate leading to the parking area in front of the house.

The house

The rooms are all on one floor and the house is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and dressing room.
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds.
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds), suitable for children.
- 1 bathroom with a small bathtub/shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, Dolce-Gusto coffee machine, toaster, juicer, handheld blender, dishwasher, and tableware. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with tables and chairs and a large window with views. There is a serving hatch between the kitchen and dining area.

To get to the lounge area, you have to go down 2 steps, where there is a large sofa, an armchair, a TV, a wood-pellet stove, and sliding glass doors that provide plenty of light and views of the garden. The lounge has direct access to the porch with outdoor furniture and a decorative grill, which is not suitable for use.

Wifi, air conditioning (hot/cold air), ceiling fans, washing machine and iron (in the utility room next to the garage). Travel cot.


Outside:
Magnificent outdoor area with different areas, fully fenced. A 4,000 m2 garden with grass and trees surrounding the house. The house is located in the Pla Trullàs near Bescanó, a 30-minute drive from the city of Girona, with its impressive old town and its wide range of gastronomic and cultural activities. There are also towns nearby with all the necessary services.
