Located in Provençal Ardèche, just 1 km from the charming village of Bessas and close to Vallon Pont d'Arc, our modern cottages (for 2 to 8 guests) await you on a quiet, panoramic site surrounded by oaks and olive trees. Each unit features a covered terrace, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue.



Enjoy the heated shared pool (May–September), children's playground, two ping-pong tables, pétanque court, basketball area, library, and a gym for adults (available for an extra charge). There's also a meadow with football goals and a refreshment area with table football and billiards.



Pets are welcome for an extra charge. The atmosphere is friendly and family-oriented.



Our contemporary detached house is part of a group of 14 homes built into the hillside, surrounded by nature. The terraces are covered, private, and offer panoramic views all the way to Mont Ventoux. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.



On site: heated pool (May–September), children's play area, pétanque, ping-pong, football meadow, adult gym (available for an extra charge), library, and refreshment area with games. In July and August, enjoy fresh bread delivery, guided hikes, pétanque competitions, and football or ping-pong tournaments.



Bed linen, towels, baby bed, high chair, pets, breakfast (summer only), deck chair, and fan are available for an extra charge, subject to availability.
