”Stayed one night in Milwaukee for Summerfest and chose this hotel for proximity. It was a great choice for location and amenities. Beautiful historic building with an amazing staircase and atrium. Had a corner room which was spacious with a high ceiling. Two blocks from Historic Third Ward which is loaded with restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Summerfest. The front desk staff was top notch with info and assistance. This was the prefect hotel.”

”Super cute place with lots of fun amenities! Super nice Nespresso machine in the common area for coffee in the morning. Lots of milk options and a very well equipped kitchen. Room was fabulous. Big windows, soft pillows, comfy bed. Bathroom was really big and shower was nice size.”

”Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest.”

”部屋の広さは充分で、清掃もきちんとされていて良かった。2泊したが滞在中の部屋の掃除やタオルの交換はされなかった。 朝食は毎日少しずつ違うメニューが並ぶようで飽きない工夫がされていたし、ロビーにはお水やコーヒーがいつでも飲める環境が整っていたところも良かった。 ホテルに隣接しているレストランはテイクアウトもできたので、部屋で食べることもできたしおいしかった。 シャワーの水圧が弱めなところは少し残念だった。”

”Cool decor and hotel theme. Room was generous size. Helpful and friendly staff. We had a room on the 6 floor with a city view. We could hear the guests in the next room watching tv and talking (clear enough to hear every word).. however this may be due to the old building/windows.”

”Their 800 number / sales staff needs to be able to connect with their front desk. That caused a nightmare at check in. I was not able to get an automated text with my room number after I checked in early for my room.”

”I like that there was a mini-fridge and an exercise room. On the other hand, my room was deficient. Neither phone worked and 2 of the 3 bureau drawers were off their tracks. I brought his up to the front desk but they did nothing about it.”

”the hotel was very close to our destination: it was walkable. the proximity to the lake and river (for walking) was an added feature. breakfast was excellent-a good way to start the day.”
