In Bestensee, you’ll find a spacious villa for up to 14 guests. There are 4 bedrooms, each with a comfortable 180-cm king-size bed and a private wardrobe, two with direct access to the balcony. The main house boasts a large wellness bathroom with walk-in rain shower, freestanding bathtub, toilet, and bidet—a place to relax after a long day. There’s also a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace.



Floor-to-ceiling windows in every room let in plenty of daylight and create a special connection to nature—even indoors. From the wraparound terrace, you can step outside from any room and enjoy the peace of the surrounding pine forest.



The property is set in a vast pine forest with 11 lakes—the nearest beach is just 250 meters away. Berlin city center is about 40 minutes by car, and Berlin Brandenburg Airport is only 20 minutes away—ideal for international guests. There are 4 shared parking spaces on the property and 1 garage space. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
