”I want to give special thanks to the customer service team and the night manager at the Holiday Inn. I arrived fairly late and discovered on arrival that I had misplaced my passport. The previous week had been extremely stressful for me and losing my passport (and being due to fly again the next day) was the final straw, so I had a bit of a breakdown at that point. The staff were very understanding, helped to calm me down and assured they would help me to find the passport the next day. Indeed...

”Siisti ja hyvä hotelli. Huoneessa oma keittiö, jossa todella kattavasti tarvikkeita, kuten paistinpannu, kattila, ruokailuvälineet, vedenkeitin ja tiskikone. 5€ lisämaksulla oli mahdollisuus pestä pyykkiä, ja vastaanotosta sai myös pyykinpesuainetta. Ihan vieressä Ostkreuzin asema, josta hyvät yhteydet muualle kaupunkiin sekä lentokentälle.”

”This apartment was our base camp in our Easter holiday in Berlin. In the apartment there were all we needed: kitchen, microwave oven, washing machines (for the clothes a separate washing room), TV with HDMI connection, separable beds. Recycling norms of Germany were new for us so we had some challenges in separating waste correctly. Negative side was that there were no waste bags for all different wastes. Of course, we could have asked from reception. The service in the reception was excellent...

”When booking the apartment at ebookers pages I got the impression that every apartment had a balcony or terrace. At the reception they explained that it was not the case but I had booked a Standard room with no balcony. That was very disappointing and clearly the information on ebookers pages was not clear. The hotel was quite far from any interesting places so if you are not driving, prepare for lenghty public transportation and a lot of walking.”

”Hyvää: remontoitu, tilavat huoneet, siisti hyvä kylppäri. Hyvä ravintola, hyvä aamiainen. Hyvä terassi sisäpihalla. Huonoa: ei hissiä (3 kerrosta). Huoneita kylpyhuoneella vain rajallisesti. Siis retkeilymaja, jossa on myös hotellihuoneita.”
