This 55 m² apartment is on the first floor with a sloped ceiling. It features a living room, a bedroom with a king-size bed (2.0 x 2.40 m), a bathroom with sink and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.



The kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.



The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a flat-screen TV with cable, a stereo for radio and CDs, and a selection of board games.



Public transport is about 500 m away on foot. Supermarkets can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.



In town, you’ll find two bakeries, the volunteer-run pub KummRin on the church square, tennis courts, an artificial turf sports field, and a swing trail. Hiking and cycling paths, such as the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path, are nearby.
